FAQs

  • Do I need to weigh my own laundry?

    Nope! We will place a temporary hold on your card and then weigh your laundry once we start to process it. Once we have the weight we will send you the total order amount. 

  • How much will my laundry weigh?

    The average weight of a load of laundry is around 10lbs. Our minimum charge is 20lbs meaning you will at least be charged for that amount. 

  • Do I need to provide detergent and dryer sheets?

    Nope! Our superior-quality detergent and Bounce dryer sheets are included in our price, however, you may select the add-on options of either Tide detergent or All Free and Clear detergent and dryer sheets. 

  • Do I need laundry bags?

    Nope! You can put your laundry out for pickup in any bag you want. Most first time customers use disposable trash bags and then use our compliementary Freedom Laundry bags on additional orders.

  • What if I am not home?

    No problem! You can leave your laundry out for pickup if you are comfortable with that. We can also leave your laundry on your doorstep and send a picture confirmation for delivery. 

  • What if there is loss or damage?

    You and your belongings are safe with Freedom Laundry! It's extremely rare that items are lost or damaged, but we are fully insured just in case.
